Annie Kunz is an American track and field athlete who specializes in the heptathlon. She represented the United States of America at the 2019 World Athletics Championships, competing in women’s heptathlon.
Annie Kunz was born on February 16, 1993, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 2011, where she was a peer counselor for three years. Annie Kunz also volunteered as a youth soccer coach and helped with the Special Olympics Rush Thunder. In college at Texas A&M, she competed in soccer and track and field as a general studies major.
In 2019, Annie Kunz earned a silver medal in the heptathlon at the Pan American Games. The same year, she finished 13th at the IAAF World Championships, scoring 6,067 points.
Her best World Women’s Heptathlon position was 18, held for 52 weeks.
